Under Account, Signed-in devices lists everywhere the account is signed in: the app on a phone, the Windows app, a browser. Each row shows what it is, roughly where it connected from, and when it was last active.
Signing something out
- One device: swipe or open the row and choose sign out. That device's access ends immediately, including any viewer it has open.
- Everything but this one: Sign out other devices at the bottom. Use it after changing your email address or password, or whenever a device has gone missing.
The device you are using is pinned at the top and cannot be signed out from here; use Log out for that.
What counts as activity
"Last active" tracks the device actually using the account, to within a few minutes, not merely having the app installed. A device that has not been used for a month drops off on its own, since its sign-in has expired.
Old sessions are kept briefly. A sign-in you revoke is recorded for thirty days, so that a token someone tries to reuse afterwards is recognised and refused. The privacy policy lists it.
