An account is an email address and a way to sign in. The address matters more than it looks: it is where receipts, renewal reminders and security notices go, and it is how you get back in if you lose your password.
Signing up

Choose how to sign in
Email and a password of at least 8 characters, or Sign in with Google, which creates the account from your Google address. Ways to sign in compares them, and you can add the others later.

Verify the address
A 6-digit code is emailed to you straight away. Enter it in the app. If it does not arrive within a minute or two, check the spam folder, then use Resend; a fresh code can be requested once a minute. A Google account arrives verified already.

Add a name and a photo, if you like
Under Account, the name shown in the app can be anything up to 60 characters, and the photo any PNG or JPEG up to 8 MB; it is cropped square for you. Both are only ever shown to you.
Why verification matters
The account works before the address is verified, but buying a phone, topping up the wallet, sharing a phone and transferring one all need a verified address. Those actions involve money or another person, and we will not do either for an inbox nobody has proved they own.
Two messages you might see. "The verification code is incorrect" means a typo or a code from an older email; use the newest one. "The code has expired. Request a new one" means it sat too long; send another.
Age
Skyro Cloud is not for children. You must be at least 16, or older where your country sets a higher age for agreeing to a service like this.
