Using a phone someone shared with you

When someone shares a phone with you, an invitation is waiting in the app under your verified email address. Accept it and the phone appears on your Devices tab beside your own.

Accepting

• If you already have an account with that email address, and it is verified, the invitation shows in the app. Accept it there, or tap the link in the email, which opens the app.
• If you do not have an account, sign up with the address the invitation was sent to and verify it. The invitation then appears on its own.
• If the link says the invite is for a different address, you are signed in to an account with another email. The invitation is tied to the address it was sent to; sign in with that one, or ask the owner to invite the address you use.

Using a shared phone

You can open and stream it, start, stop and restart it, move files on and off, take screenshots, use the clipboard and install APKs, and see its resource figures. The owner's business stays the owner's: you cannot see or change its subscription, its proxy, its sharing, or delete, reset, rename or root it.

The phone is marked as shared from the owner in your list, with its end date if it has one. When the share ends, whether the owner revokes it or the date passes, the phone disappears from your list and any viewer you have open closes.

Leaving

You can leave a share at any time from the phone's screen. On an invitation you have not accepted yet, leaving declines it. The owner is told either way.
